Death Cases - Adults
Much of our work is representing families whose loved ones have died as a result of the negligence of others. We work with grieving families not only to protect their legal rights, but to help them through the grieving process by recommending professional therapists with the education and experience to counsel them in difficult times.
The grief counselor and therapist work with family members and the attorneys involved in preparing the case for trial. We also hire economists to analyze the financial consequences to the family of the decedent.
