Men and women who work on cruise ships have asked us to represent them in cases against the cruise lines based upon dangerous working conditions.  These are called Jones Act cases.  A recent case we handled involved an Indonesian worker seriously injured when he fell from a platform and suffered massive injuries because the cruise line and its’ physician failed to correctly diagnose and treat the injury.  The case settled for $8,000,000.
